Plantin dry Porcini (latin name Boletus Edulis) are carefully hand selected and sorted. It is an excellent tasting mushroom with a soft nutty flavour

Rehydrate for 1-2 hours and rinse well before use. The morels need to be heated up or cooked before being eaten.

Serving suggestion:
Sear them in a pan with garlic and parsley to be enjoyed with meat or poultry.
