The chanterelle, also called chanterelle ciborium (cantharellus cibarius), grows from the end of May, in the clear forests of oaks.
Its flesh is creamy white or light yellow. Slightly soft, she(it) has a fruity flavour and aroma.

Rehydrate for 1-2 hours and rinse well before use. The morels need to be heated up or cooked before being eaten.
